3D rotor blade inspection
In the field of wind energy, we offer, among other things the 3D rotor blade inspection. On the basis of a 3D laser measurement process, the specific geometric recording and evaluation of rotor blade profile sections is carried out on a standing wind turbine in order to check the basic setting and the shape of the rotor blades. The result of the survey is the location and orientation of the profile sections in the rotor of the wind turbine and evaluated in relation to angle differences between the rotor blades or compared to references. The measurement method is designed for a wide variety of wind turbine types and is used for both onshore and offshore systems. The evaluation of the measurement is usually carried out on site. Necessary changes in blade pitch angle can be made directly by qualified service personnel.
